Plus Services performs a viability analysis to determine which tenants are optimal for offering Rent Management and Protection services.

The individuals and/or entities analyzed authorize Plus Services to conduct the Solvency Study and its possible real estate representatives and collaborators to collect the necessary information and documents to carry out such a study.

For security and compliance with current data protection regulations, Solvency Studies are carried out exclusively through Plus Services' online platform, where the data and documentation required for the studies are detailed according to the profile types being analyzed.

The response regarding the solution of the Solvency Study is valid for 1 month from the date of the study request.

The client commits, by signing the service contract, to pay the cost of the service detailed in the contract, as well as any transfer and/or contracting costs for services or items acquired for the solvency study and related documentation. The client will be informed of these costs prior to signing.

Plus Services will charge the relevant fees before the activation of the contracted services through the payment method specified in the contract.

Plus Services offers payment by transfer, bank deposit, credit card, and/or direct debit, specifying one of these methods in the service contract.

For payment by credit card, the accepted entities are VISA and MasterCard. Direct debit will be made exclusively from accounts domiciled in Spain.

For the payment of transfer costs and/or contracting other services/products with third parties, the third parties will determine the payment method at the time of contracting.

The client may cancel or withdraw from the service at any time by sending written communication to Plus Services.

For a possible refund of amounts paid by the client up until the cancellation notification date, the relevant management costs incurred by Plus Services will be deducted, and no refund may be applicable.

Failure to pay any of the service fees will not imply service cancellation or the client's obligations, but will result in a temporary suspension of the service until the outstanding fee is paid, or the service will not be activated.
